國(guó)產(chǎn)軟光纜生產(chǎn)線,做1~12芯軟光纜,緊包加芳綸填充,最近生產(chǎn)單模纜時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)總是時(shí)好時(shí)壞(多模一切正常,偶爾會(huì)有問(wèn)題),芯數(shù)越大越嚴(yán)重.1550平均衰減2點(diǎn)幾,3點(diǎn)幾,有的有臺(tái)階.(緊包下來(lái)數(shù)據(jù)都是0.6以下的).一直找不到原因.最先考慮是芳綸用量過(guò)少,緊包和護(hù)套有粘結(jié),增加芳綸用量,緊包線過(guò)滑石粉,把本來(lái)拆下沒(méi)用的SZ絞又重新裝上,都沒(méi)有效果. 后來(lái)又考慮放線張力,芳綸張力,主機(jī)溫度,包括冷卻水溫等因素,一一都調(diào)整過(guò).也無(wú)改善. 而且1KM有臺(tái)階總是集中在700~800M之間. 有的數(shù)據(jù)不好,倒盤(pán)之后會(huì)變好一點(diǎn).以上問(wèn)題困擾多時(shí),求高手指點(diǎn).....
我們也出現(xiàn)這個(gè)問(wèn)題，特別是8-12芯，不知道樓主的滑石粉裝置是怎么樣的，我們的感覺(jué)不是很理想，另外想問(wèn)下樓至12芯你們外徑做多大？
