國產軟光纜生產線,做1~12芯軟光纜,緊包加芳綸填充,最近生產單模纜時數據總是時好時壞(多模一切正常,偶爾會有問題),芯數越大越嚴重.1550平均衰減2點幾,3點幾,有的有臺階.(緊包下來數據都是0.6以下的).一直找不到原因.最先考慮是芳綸用量過少,緊包和護套有粘結,增加芳綸用量,緊包線過滑石粉,把本來拆下沒用的SZ絞又重新裝上,都沒有效果. 后來又考慮放線張力,芳綸張力,主機溫度,包括冷卻水溫等因素,一一都調整過.也無改善. 而且1KM有臺階總是集中在700~800M之間. 有的數據不好,倒盤之后會變好一點.以上問題困擾多時,求高手指點.....
