電纜附件試驗(yàn)要求

前 言

1) IEC(國(guó)際電工委員會(huì))是一個(gè)由所有國(guó)家電工委員會(huì)(IEC國(guó)家委員會(huì))組成的世界性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織。IEC的目標(biāo)是在電氣和電子專業(yè)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的所有問(wèn)題上促進(jìn)國(guó)際合作。為 此IEC除了出版國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)外,還進(jìn)行一些其它活動(dòng)。這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由受委托的各技術(shù)委員會(huì)制訂。對(duì)關(guān)心所涉及的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的任何IEC國(guó)家委員會(huì)可以參加制訂工作。與IEC有協(xié)作關(guān)系的國(guó)際組織,政府機(jī)構(gòu)和政府機(jī)構(gòu)也可參加這種制訂工作。IEC和國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化組織根據(jù)雙方的協(xié)商條件密切合作。

2) 由于每個(gè)技術(shù)委員會(huì)代表所有國(guó)家委員會(huì)對(duì)他們關(guān)心的技術(shù)間題作出的IEC正式?jīng)Q議或協(xié)議盡可能表達(dá)出國(guó)際上對(duì)相關(guān)主題的一致意見(jiàn)。

3) 由這些正式議或協(xié)議的形成的文件以推薦形式在國(guó)際上使用,并以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)報(bào)告或?qū)? 則的形式出版,在此意義上這些文件被各國(guó)家委員會(huì)所接受。

4) 為促進(jìn)國(guó)際上的統(tǒng)一,IEC國(guó)家委員會(huì)同意明確地盡可能最大限度地在他們的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和區(qū)域標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中采用IEC國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和相應(yīng)的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或區(qū)域標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之間的任何差異應(yīng)在后者中明確指出。

5) IEC不提供表示它被批準(zhǔn)的標(biāo)志的程序,而且不會(huì)對(duì)聲稱符合其一些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之一的設(shè)備承擔(dān)責(zé)任。

6) 要注意到本國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中的某些要素可能有專利權(quán)。IEC不應(yīng)對(duì)辨認(rèn)任何或所有這種專程權(quán)負(fù)有責(zé)任。
