電纜附件試驗要求

前 言

1) IEC(國際電工委員會)是一個由所有國家電工委員會(IEC國家委員會)組成的世界性標準化組織。IEC的目標是在電氣和電子專業(yè)有關(guān)標準化的所有問題上促進國際合作。為 此IEC除了出版國際標準外,還進行一些其它活動。這些標準由受委托的各技術(shù)委員會制訂。對關(guān)心所涉及的標準的任何IEC國家委員會可以參加制訂工作。與IEC有協(xié)作關(guān)系的國際組織,政府機構(gòu)和政府機構(gòu)也可參加這種制訂工作。IEC和國際標準化組織根據(jù)雙方的協(xié)商條件密切合作。

2) 由于每個技術(shù)委員會代表所有國家委員會對他們關(guān)心的技術(shù)間題作出的IEC正式?jīng)Q議或協(xié)議盡可能表達出國際上對相關(guān)主題的一致意見。

3) 由這些正式議或協(xié)議的形成的文件以推薦形式在國際上使用,并以標準、技術(shù)報告或?qū)? 則的形式出版,在此意義上這些文件被各國家委員會所接受。

4) 為促進國際上的統(tǒng)一,IEC國家委員會同意明確地盡可能最大限度地在他們的國家標準和區(qū)域標準中采用IEC國際標準。在IEC標準和相應(yīng)的國家標準或區(qū)域標準之間的任何差異應(yīng)在后者中明確指出。

5) IEC不提供表示它被批準的標志的程序,而且不會對聲稱符合其一些標準之一的設(shè)備承擔(dān)責(zé)任。

6) 要注意到本國際標準中的某些要素可能有專利權(quán)。IEC不應(yīng)對辨認任何或所有這種專程權(quán)負有責(zé)任。

國際標準IEC 60502.4由IEC第20技術(shù)委員會(電纜)的第20A分技術(shù)委員會(高壓電纜)制訂。
