是的,芯線UL公司是不做的,客戶有另要求外!

如果只做2464，芯線是不要求的。但是在生產(chǎn)后，UL跟蹤服務(wù)會考察你的芯線，必須是通過了UL認(rèn)證的芯線。比如您自己的認(rèn)證過的線或者使用別的廠家的UL認(rèn)證芯線即可。

Instructions Detailed Examination of the cable assembly and jacket.
to UL Physical Properties of Jacket.
Representative Dielectric Strength Test, 1500 Volts (shielded cable only).
The designation of all Styles of the individual conductors used making up the cable assembly shall be available, and the UL Representative’s tag shall indicate if the Style is labeled or not. If they are not labeled, the appropriate Follow-Up Tests shall be conducted.

這個(gè)就是UL抽樣所檢測的所有項(xiàng)目與頻次了,沒有提到檢查芯線的老化性能。
但是理論上講所有的性能都要合格，才能稱為合格的產(chǎn)品。只是應(yīng)付檢查，達(dá)到以上6條要求就夠了

要做老化不然你們怎么申請的到認(rèn)證...
UL是按FUII來檢測..

應(yīng)該是要做的, 芯線可以是類似1061 或 1007 類的電子線, 送樣的話最好是用類1007的電子線, 1061很難過的.
