請問一下，UL2464做老化實驗時候，需要做芯線的老化實驗不？UL SUBJECT 758 的審核項目上只有護套的要求，原材料供應(yīng)商給我的技術(shù)標準也很含糊，只好請教各位老大了！�。。。。。。。�

樓主：問你的原材料供應(yīng)商，2464線材內(nèi)芯線的安規(guī)型號，依安規(guī)型號做。

像這種不是送去ＵＬ公司做檢測的話一般是不做芯線的，除客戶特殊要求外．

是的,芯線UL公司是不做的,客戶有另要求外!

如果只做2464，芯線是不要求的。但是在生產(chǎn)后，UL跟蹤服務(wù)會考察你的芯線，必須是通過了UL認證的芯線。比如您自己的認證過的線或者使用別的廠家的UL認證芯線即可。

不過為了安全起見可以參考樓上的標準做一下

UL2464的芯線做老化很難通過,這點我是知道的,請高手出示權(quán)威的證明,可以不做老化,或一定要做老化試驗.

好像好多問題都是懸而未決的?沒有得到有效解決.

這個就是UL抽樣所檢測的所有項目與頻次了,沒有提到檢查芯線的老化性能。

但是理論上講所有的性能都要合格，才能稱為合格的產(chǎn)品。只是應(yīng)付檢查，達到以上6條要求就夠了

UL2464的老化是100度*240h嗎？

要做老化不然你們怎么申請的到認證...

應(yīng)該是要做的, 芯線可以是類似1061 或 1007 類的電子線,  送樣的話最好是用類1007的電子線, 1061很難過的.
