【摘要】 從鍍銀銅線銀層厚度的設(shè)計(jì)原理出發(fā),推導(dǎo)了鍍銀銅線的銀層厚度與銀的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)之間的換算公式。并與ASTM B298、JB 3135標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所列公式相比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)推導(dǎo)出的公式能更好地顯示其本質(zhì),計(jì)算結(jié)果更為精確。列出的數(shù)據(jù)可供鍍銀銅線生產(chǎn)商方便地使用。
【英文摘要】 Starting from the design principle of the silver coating thickness of silver plated copper wire,the conversion formulae between the mass percentage of silver and the silver coating thickness of silver plated copper wire are deduced.Comparing them with those in ASTM B298 and JB 3135,it is found that the deduced formulae recommended show the original nature better,and give more exact results.The data listed can be used by the manufactures directly and easily.
