關(guān)于UL758中的燃燒要求 - 無(wú)圖版

可是在UL官方網(wǎng)站查AWM的時(shí)候，它不會(huì)直接寫明需要通過什么燃燒測(cè)試，
所以想問下，在哪里可以查到具體的燃燒要求。
有時(shí)候，在AWM的style page里面可能只對(duì)絕緣做要求，也有可能只對(duì)外被
做要求，在沒有做要求的部分都是說(shuō)根據(jù)UL758，所以也想問下，在這種時(shí)候
設(shè)計(jì)電線電纜應(yīng)該怎么去查相關(guān)的內(nèi)容，有沒有什么特別需要注意的。
希望各位高手能出來(lái)回答一下，謝謝啦。。。。

當(dāng)然是必須要求燃燒等級(jí)了。。。
我問的是AWM Stlye所對(duì)應(yīng)的要求的起碼要達(dá)到的燃燒等級(jí)
比如說(shuō)我上面貼的20276的必須達(dá)到的燃燒等級(jí)是多少。。。。

而且對(duì)于沒有要求的絕緣或外被的也只是寫了個(gè)任選，

還有一個(gè)就是比如說(shuō)20276的那樣子的AWM，對(duì)絕緣料沒有要求的，這個(gè)時(shí)候應(yīng)該根據(jù)
什么樣子的規(guī)范或者要求來(lái)選擇呢

這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單啊,直接看UL758標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和UL1581標(biāo)準(zhǔn)知道了呀!
Style PAGE 這個(gè)是一個(gè)總體的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),是做線的線材標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也就是各條線的UL要求.我說(shuō)的UL758標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和UL1581這兩個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是專講線材的各項(xiàng)測(cè)試要求和講解怎么測(cè)試的.

每種線材都須符合一種燃燒要求，如線材上印上VW-1，那就必須符合VW-1燃燒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（測(cè)試項(xiàng)目方法請(qǐng)參照UL758＆UL1581），相反的，如果不能符合VW-1燃燒標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，那就不能印，關(guān)鍵是看公司或客戶要求線材須符合哪種燃燒要求。

現(xiàn)在的 ul style page 真的 讓人無(wú)所適從了. 我們今年五月份認(rèn)證下來(lái)的 無(wú)鹵部分 比如 20844 21088 21099 21451 這些style page 里面 新版的 沒有要求 flame 等級(jí). 而認(rèn)證 資料里面 給了一個(gè) vw-1 沒有 授權(quán). rating : vw-1 flame rating not authorzed .
我做印字輪 該怎樣選 flame 等級(jí)呢.

你試試看UL Style Page的 Rating那邊該有沒有燃燒等級(jí)

在ul758中,你們ul認(rèn)證時(shí)所發(fā)的細(xì)則有明確的規(guī)定,你按照細(xì)則上要求即是,
如果沒有,它上面也會(huì)寫vw-1沒許可,即不能印vw-1字樣,哪只要通過水平測(cè)試即可,
FT1 , FT2 是C(UL)即CAS加拿大標(biāo)準(zhǔn).
