Job Descriptions：
（1）Analyze Cost breakdown，develop and implement the marketing and sales strategic plan for the Handling Medical Industrial cables assembly both China and oversea,
（2）Assistant Technical manager to identify the target market segment and its poential/trend High-Technical spec in and prepare technical proposal about Medical Industrial Wire harness and Cable assembly

2． Senior Product Engineer高級(jí)電線程師（無電線行業(yè)者，請(qǐng)無試。）

Job Descriptions：

1.       To develop/design the new products such as wire&cables, wire harnesses  or accessories for different countries or customized requirements.

2.       To develop new materials to meet specific customers' requirements.

3.       To manage the progress of new product development projects in areas such as tooling, testing, samples, processes, production trial runs etc. to meet customers' deadlines.

4.       To communicate with internal and external customers via e-mail or conference calls during the course of product development.

5.       To take a lead role in trouble-shooting and problem-solving via proper engineering processes when problems are encountered during product development.

Qualification/Experiences
1.College /University degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science/Technology.
2.Minimum 5years experience in development preferably in wire cable industry. Good trouble-shooting skills and analytical mind. Able to sort concerns, identify problems, evaluate alternatives and draw resources to arrive at solutions.
3.Ability to motivate and lead the team members to take effective action towards achieving results.

4,Familiarity with international product safety standards such as UL758,1581 etc will be an added advantage.
