各位大蝦,想請教一下,UL1571線材是怎樣設(shè)計的,芯線的大小,銅線的絞距,和外被的最小絕緣厚度和最大絕緣厚度是怎么樣來決定的,絕緣的材質(zhì)是什么?有沒有這方面相關(guān)的資料可以給小弟參考一下,要中文版的,如哪位大哥,大姐有這方面的資料可以在這上面指導(dǎo),也可以發(fā)EM給我,EM:1133052@163.COM,不勝感謝!

一般絕緣用半硬PVC,如果絕緣很薄的話，半硬PVC要特殊生產(chǎn)。因為容易絕緣回縮，破裂。

不要光照著理論上的數(shù)據(jù)去做，這類線一般被用在沖電器的聯(lián)接線，是要有屈曲強度要求的哦，電線好做，如果要滿足屈曲測試的要求，恐怕沒那麼簡單吧~~！嘿
