你們的SATA串音能通過測試嗎?能過的線規(guī)\長度是多少?

SATA 串音好過的,最 難的是skew.26awg正常過1米. 28awg 60mm .30 awg 30~40mm.

我司有一樣品,130mm,其它都過,就是串音在4000Mhz開始就NG掉了,不知你們是怎么加工的,要怎麼樣才好過?
我們用的是焊線式的插頭,外被去皮5mm,芯線去皮2mm左右,鋁箔去到外被脫皮口NG,鋁箔保留與芯線脫皮口平齊也NG掉。

因我司產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)原因,MOLDING后插頭無法插入高頻治具,所以直拉焊完線測試的,后來經(jīng)人指點,必須做成成品,也就是MOLDING后再去測試.把MOLDING后的產(chǎn)品打魔成可以插入治具的樣子再去測試,還真過了,不過只做了一PC的測試,下周一再試個8到9PCS.

1.屏蔽不要剝得太長。
2.焊接時注意焊點大小要均勻,太尖和太粗都會有影響。

針對此一問題,建議如下:
(1).SATA STP結(jié)構(gòu)破壞的距離越短,所得到的特性會越好. (Impedance及NEXT都會變好)
(2).破壞之STP結(jié)構(gòu),想辦法回覆回原來的STP或替代方案.
(3).針對Skew問題,必須從Cable的源頭開始著手, SATA cable製程中檢驗相當(dāng)?shù)闹匾?

線材加工段注意屏蔽遺留長度,串音應(yīng)該好改善的
