| Our History Weifang Yinuo Casting Co., Ltd started casting industry from 1990’s, and developed to a large high-tech enterprise specialized in development, creation, casting, production and painting of ductile iron grooved fittings after 2001. Our Factory The company locates in Weifang of Shandong Province, China, with convenient transportation closed to Qingdao Port. With the fast development, the factory and supporting facilities now covers more than 30000㎡, the annual production capacity is well above 30,000 tons, and there are more than 200 employees, among which there are 10 engineering technicians and 5 senior engineers. Our Product 1NUO Brand ductile iron grooved fittings is spreading all over the world and winning the appreciations from users at home and abroad. Our ductile iron grooved fittings including : Rigid /Flexible Coupling, Grooved Elbow, Grooved Tee, Grooved Flange, Grooved Mechanical Tee, Grooved Cap etc. Product Application The grooved pipe fittings are widely used in fire fighting systems, water supply, oil & gas pipelines, sewage treatment, mine piping and ordinary piping delivery. Our Certificate Yinuo’s ductile iron grooved fittings have successively passed the China national type test, ISO9001:2008 and FM&UL approvals , CE Certificate etc. Our products are underwritten by China Ping An Insurance(Group) Co.,Ltd. Production Equipment With the fast development, the factory and supporting facilities now covers more than 30000㎡, the annual production capacity is well above 30,000 tons, and there are more than 200 employees.The company has strong technical strength, and possesses the world's first-class equipment and technology, as well as perfect testing methods. All rough castings of grooved fittings will be processed and produced by electric-furnace smelting, on-line monitoring and control and automatic molding methods. Now our facilities include eleven medium frequency furnace, four advanced Vertical parting molding lines and three painting lines. Every customer’s requirements can be satisfied by customized services. The company owns four vertical automatic production lines and introduces new Horizontal Molding Production line from Japan since 2016, which is the first horizontal molding line in China for grooved fittings. Production Market 1NUO Brand now is exporting to Middle East, South America, South Africa, European countries, South Asia and so on.
