5.Job Summary職位概要：
Responsible for implementation of process and product design changes to cables. 負責電纜工藝的實施和產(chǎn)品設計變化的實施。
6. Responsibilities職責：
(1) 負責根據(jù)標準和電纜設計要求，制定負責產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝文件，并保證其有效性。
Compile production process documents according to standards and requirement of cables design, guarantee their effectiveness.
(2) 負責設計生產(chǎn)的工裝和模具。
Design process equipment in production and mould.
(3) 負責新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)生產(chǎn)，及有關工藝方面的設計和驗證。
Develop and produce new products, design and check issues of process.
(4) 完成年度的工藝技術改進計劃；并根據(jù)實際情況作持續(xù)改進
Complete improving plan of process technique annually and continue improving according to situation.
(5) 支持分管產(chǎn)品的外部及內(nèi)部相關NCR的關閉
Support closing NCR of inner part and external part of products.
(6) 對生產(chǎn)過程中遇到的工藝和質(zhì)量問題進行及時有效的解決
Solve issues of process and quality in production timely.
(7) 工藝文件的制定和落實，充分考慮材料和生產(chǎn)效能，完成降耗指標
Compile and implement process documents. Considering the efficiency of material and production, meet the target of reducing energy.
(8) 參與對有關人員的培訓，使工藝和質(zhì)量要求能夠有效實施
Train related personnel to effectively implement the requirement of process and quality.
7.Athority權力：
—Be entitled to carry on function with authorization of process manager.
—在工藝經(jīng)理的授權下行使職責。
8. Qualification Requirement任職資格要
· Education Background受教育背景: Engineering background of college degree, major in electrical insulation and cables are preferred. 工科本科畢業(yè)，電氣絕緣和電纜專業(yè)優(yōu)先
Working Experience工作經(jīng)驗: three years experience, has abundant practice experience; 三年以上的工作經(jīng)驗，有豐富的實踐經(jīng)驗。
Knowledge知識：Be familiar with cables production, facilities and process; Know properties of basic materials and cables experiments;
熟悉電纜的生產(chǎn)，設備和工藝流程; 了解基本的原材料性能和電纜試驗等
Skill技能: English is good in Spoken & reading & written. 英語讀寫能力佳
Others其他: Microsoft software;CET-6, 微軟辦公軟件，大學英語六級
