| 招聘要求： | 教育/Education Bachelor or above in Industrial/Mechanical /Electrical Engineering 經(jīng)歷/ Working Experience 1. 3 Years or above working experience in fiber jumper assembly. 知識/Background Knowledge 1. Know well fiber assembly process and product, including the equipment, tooling, and testing device, such as: polishing equipment, OTDR, DORC interferometer etc. 2. Be familiar with fiber connector, LC, SC, FC, ST Etc. 3. Knowledge of fiber standard(GR-326-CORE) is required. Professional Skills and Competency/Training/ Certificate 1. Good communication both Mandarin and English. 2. Be skillful in office. 3. Solid capability in analysis. 4. Team work: Cooperates and assists team members, contributes to team effort. Effectively listens to and interprets team needs |
| 工作職責： | 1. Setup the fiber jumper line layout according to the manufacturing process. 2. Develop/modify the process documents: process flow chart, working instruction, process FMEA, working loading balance, and standard operation procedure. 3. Analysis the tooling and equipment requirement base on the new business development. 4. Design the specific tooling and look for the standard tooling as required 5. Qualify the tooling and equipment before releasing to production. 6. Process abnormity analysis and solution. 7. Provide the enough training course to operators during NPI. 8. Tooling and equipment running status follow up, data collection, analysis and take corrective and preventative action. 9. Continuous to study manufacturing process, optimize the layout, working loading balance, tooling/equipment application to improve the productivity, reduce the process DPPM and material scrap. 10. Customer feedback and complain analysis and take action. |
