具體要求如下：
- 依據(jù)橡膠車間生產設備及工藝，確定產品合理的生產工藝參數(shù)
According to the machine and process in rubber workshop, set the reasonable manufacturing parameter
- 工裝模具設計
- Design the process tooling
- 制定明確可操作的工藝指導書
- Set the clear and operatable working instruction
- 操作工工藝培訓
- Process training for the operators
- 及時答復和解決生產部門提出的工藝問題
- Reply process question for production Dept
- 工藝問題現(xiàn)場解決
- In site process trouble shooting solving
- 與設備及原材料供應商一起解決現(xiàn)有的問題，提出持續(xù)改進方案并付諸實
- Remove the existing blocks together with machine and material suppliers. Find the continue improvement solution and realize it.
- 提高產品質量，提高生產效率，節(jié)約成本
- Improve the quality and efficiency with cost saving.
- 樣品產品生產跟蹤，不斷發(fā)現(xiàn)過程中的問題，在批量生產中能加以改進.
- Sample making following, dig out the findings and improve it while in the mass production.
- 檢查現(xiàn)場操作的工藝符合性，及時發(fā)現(xiàn)不符情況并通知相關人員進行改善
- Check the operator’s conformity of the working instruction. Find the relevant non-conformities and inform the relevant people to improve it.
- 完成上級交辦的其他工作任務
- Fulfill the other tasks required by manager of department.
機械，電氣工程類專業(yè)本科以上學歷,電線電纜專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
- Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or similar field. Major in Wire &Cable will be preferred.
- 3年以上橡膠產品，或橡膠線產品工藝工作經驗
- Above 3 years working experiences in rubber process and cable process.
- 受過ISO9000；14000、項目管理、FMEA、PPAP、APQP及產品知識方面的培訓。
- With training experience on ISO9000;14000 ,project management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and product knowledge etc.
