MV CA Product Development Engineer Main Requirement:1. Familiar with CA product portfolio / technologies;
2. Familiar with R&D development project process;
3. Familiar with related technical standards;
4. Familiar with Pro/E as design tool is preferred;
5. Fluent written and oral English is preferred;
6. Familiar with Surge Arrester (SA) product portfolio is preferred. Main tasks/responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. MV CA product design, including structure design and electrical design;
2. Closely support for moulds design and production for local ABB factories;
3. Prepare test plan;
4. Guide product installation;
5. Supervise testing;
6. Provide technical support for local ABB factories including problems solving on site and localization;
7. Cooperate with Global Technology Center for new product development and technology transfer;
8. Facilitate communication with other function or departments;
9. Actively report key issues during work to supervisor. Electrical Engineer with Bachelor or Master degree, major in insulation material or high voltage electricity and more than 3 years working experience as MV or HV CA product development engineer.

職位描述：中壓電纜附件研發(fā)工程師職責(zé)：- 根據(jù)項目經(jīng)理的安排高效、保質(zhì)保量的完成項目任務(wù)，包括但不限于：產(chǎn)品絕緣、防水結(jié)構(gòu)等設(shè)計任務(wù)；實驗計劃，安裝產(chǎn)品及完成各項實驗；供應(yīng)商選擇及產(chǎn)品成本分析；產(chǎn)品模具與生產(chǎn)工藝相關(guān)支持；相關(guān)文檔的生成及維護；與外部及內(nèi)部同事及時有效地溝通等。- 創(chuàng)新性工作及專利申請：在各項工作中時刻保持創(chuàng)新的思維，對好的想法進行專利保護。- 專業(yè)研究性工作：對工作涉及到的各項技術(shù)進行深入的研究，如：材料的各項性能及應(yīng)用，設(shè)計原理等；以及對各項技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢做出判斷。- 成功完成項目，提供有效的技術(shù)支持。- 對工廠的各項工作提供技術(shù)支持。崗位要求：- 教育背景：本科及以上電氣絕緣設(shè)計專業(yè)或機械設(shè)計專業(yè)；- 工作經(jīng)驗背景：3-5年相關(guān)企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗- - 詳細要求：- 熟悉競爭對手的中高壓電纜附件產(chǎn)品和技術(shù)；- 熟悉研發(fā)項目流程及明確了解技術(shù)工程師的任務(wù)；- 遇到問題主動積極提出并建議解決方案；- 對項目內(nèi)各項相關(guān)決定積極存檔；- 良好的溝通和表達能力及良好的與他人合作能力；- 良好的在壓力下高效率工作能力；- 有意愿并積極主動承擔(dān)責(zé)任；- 有創(chuàng)造性的工作；- 在多元化文化下良好工作的能力；- 了解相應(yīng)各國電纜附件產(chǎn)品設(shè)計標準；- 熟練使用MS辦公軟件，并懂得如何生成項目相關(guān)文檔；- 熟悉設(shè)計軟件（proE）及繪圖；- 良好的英語讀寫能力以及良好的英語溝通交流能力；- 最好熟悉避雷器相關(guān)產(chǎn)品及技術(shù)；- 積極向上的對待工作和同事，以開放的心態(tài)接受他人的建議和意見，關(guān)心公司各項規(guī)章制度和發(fā)展方針；
