we would like to inform you that as of April 1st , 2008 the evaluation of specific appliance parts concerning a health hazard through PAH is mandatory for the GS Mark.

2008年4月1日起，對(duì)產(chǎn)品特定部位多環(huán)芬香烴含量的危險(xiǎn)性分析評(píng)估，將納入德國(guó)GS安全標(biāo)志的認(rèn)證要求。

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) are classified as carcinogenic substances that can be dangerous to your health even in very small quantities. PAH are mainly used in plasticized or black colored plastic or  rubber materials and may be absorbed through the skin in case of direct contact.

多環(huán)芬香烴Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH)被歸類(lèi)為致癌物質(zhì)，僅僅細(xì)微的含量已足以能危害健康。多環(huán)芬香烴(PAH)主要來(lái)自于軟質(zhì)、深色的橡膠及塑料，可以透過(guò)皮膚直接接觸感染。

Within the frame of the GS Mark awarding all (handle) surfaces of a product that may contain PAH and will be touched during normal use have to undergo a PAH evaluation or test, if necessary.

因此GS認(rèn)證要求，對(duì)產(chǎn)品可能含有多環(huán)芬香烴成分及在使用中可能接觸到的所有表面(例如握柄)，必須對(duì)所涵的多環(huán)芬香烴成分含量進(jìn)行評(píng)估及檢測(cè)，以確定其是否符合法規(guī)規(guī)定的允許含量。

In the interest of our customers and for the protection of the consumer we already offer the determination of the PAH concentration on a voluntary basis for quite some time now. Starting with the 1st of April 2008 we will offer the PAH assessment for all VDE GS and VDE marks. In doing so, the VDE Institute follows the procedure already implemented for the component tests, which was confirmed by our technical steering committee. Of course we offer the PAH tests also as a separate service.

為了滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)的需求，同時(shí)基于保護(hù)消費(fèi)者的立場(chǎng)上，我們對(duì)多環(huán)芬香烴評(píng)估的自愿性檢測(cè)服務(wù)已開(kāi)展了一段時(shí)間。自2008年4月1日起，我們將會(huì)在所有VDE GS 標(biāo)志及VDE標(biāo)志認(rèn)證中納入多環(huán)芬香烴評(píng)估服務(wù)。VDE檢測(cè)認(rèn)證院自2007年3月起，即已對(duì)零部件測(cè)試成功開(kāi)展了經(jīng)我們技術(shù)專(zhuān)家組鑒定的評(píng)估程序。當(dāng)然，我們也提供客戶(hù)多環(huán)芬香烴檢測(cè)的單項(xiàng)服務(wù)。
