各位大哥！小兄弟有一事相求大家給我指導(dǎo)；65機(jī)第三區(qū)溫度在升溫保溫過程中很正常，設(shè)定溫度為92度。一開機(jī)溫度上升道100度左右，無法下降。并且顯示冷卻閥一直打開著。即使強(qiáng)行打開冷卻閥循環(huán)冷卻，仍然是溫度無法下降。溫度設(shè)定及顯示是觸摸屏的，采樣和執(zhí)行是西門子S7-300  SM331(AI8xTC)K型分度號熱電偶、  SM322(DO32x24VDC)24VDC通用小型繼電器接通220V冷卻電磁閥線圈電源。希望能得到大哥指點。

現(xiàn)在發(fā)現(xiàn)65機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速越快溫度越高大概升至110度左右，降速時溫度降得很快降至45度左右。大哥們幫幫忙，給我多多的分析一下。我先謝謝你們�。�！

  正�，F(xiàn)象，以為主機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生熱量，加上最近天氣本身就很熱。光靠冷卻風(fēng)扇是不行的 。

 要想更好的減溫效果，可以采用水冷卻炮筒，這樣更快，或者安裝更好的風(fēng)冷卻系統(tǒng)。

謝謝你們！winter321、線線纜纜。水冷卻系統(tǒng)沒有問題，在65機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速下降時，溫度下降很快。在20分鐘時間內(nèi)，100度左右降至50度左右。然后溫度才開始慢慢上升。

另外我個人認(rèn)為冷卻銅管和機(jī)堂外面接觸面有無關(guān)系？
